Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
The Poppy Studio offers hand delivery throughout our designated delivery area, as shown on the delivery area map. If you are located outside our regular delivery area, please call us. We may be able to make an exception depending on the circumstances and delivery location.
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 2:00 p.m., subject to availability. Same-day orders for Huntington Beach must be placed by 1:00 p.m. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for residential or business deliveries, but we are happy to consider time requests whenever possible.
Funeral flowers are delivered before the scheduled service time. Please provide the name of the deceased, service location and service time when placing your order. Timed delivery may also be available for certain areas and occasions; please call us to discuss availability.
Please provide a complete delivery address, a correct phone number and any helpful delivery instructions. If no one is available at the time of delivery, we may leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location, with a neighbor or with building staff when appropriate. If the arrangement cannot be safely delivered, we will contact the recipient or purchaser. An additional delivery fee may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
Flowers and plants are perishable and therefore final sale. If your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, contact us within 24 hours with photos. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.
Because flowers are seasonal, substitutions may be necessary. We will maintain the arrangement’s overall style, color palette and value. Approved substitutions are not grounds for a refund.
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before flowers are purchased or design begins. Once prepared or out for delivery, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Delivery fees are nonrefundable after delivery is completed or attempted. Custom and special-order items are final sale.
Unused, nonperishable merchandise may be returned within 14 days with the original receipt and packaging. Items must be in original condition, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
